Each dress and apparel piece we make is unique and handmade. It is possible that you notice slight irregularities or differences in the embroidery, strips or the color of the garment as a result of our craftsmanship processes. The color may change over time.

When you place an order, it means that you agree with all of our policies listed on the website.

The processing & handling time for any order will be 1-2 business days before shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not provide refunds. We can only exchange the item for another item or provide a store credit for future purchases. Do not return / ship your package before contacting us as all these matters must be approved first. The cost of shipping returns is the sole responsibility of the customer.
The return and exchange policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
All other boutique purchases can only be returned to that location.
Online purchases made through the site are valid for exchange within 15 days from the shipping date.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.
As soon as we verify the condition of the garments, we will contact you by email to confirm the next steps in the exchange or store credit process.
